No. Nera operates a zero-knowledge, no activity-log architecture. We never record your IP address, connection timestamps, bandwidth usage, or browsing history. The only data we store is whether a subscription code is active — nothing more.
Your 16-digit code is your only credential. We recommend saving it securely. Because we operate without accounts or emails, we cannot recover a lost code. This is an intentional tradeoff — it means even we can't link a code back to a person.
No. Due to the anonymous nature of our service, all sales are final. We cannot verify identity for refund purposes, and this policy exists to protect the privacy architecture that makes Nera unique.
